Watched this last night, it isn't Toro but the CEO of Cauldron (CXU) gives a good insight into the West Australian government and the current minister in charge of it's dealings for uranium. it's long but worth a watch to be up on the situation.. If anything it made me think Toro should be applying now for anything needed.
