Thank you Gharp, it is nice to have an intelligent poster backing me up on this. I also agree that if the pipelines are banned because "supporting developments" are banned by the recently announced proposed NSW state legislation, then PEP-11 will most likely be deemed unviable as I don't think they will be able to attract a joint venture (losing massive amounts of % ownership) to fund the offshore processing. I don't think large oil/gas companies will want to touch this permit.
