Ok, we want Higher Highs, and Lower Lows yes? Well according to me reading the stars, we have 3 Red Stars hitting 3 higher lows 7.9c then 8.3c, and yesterday 9.5c. We have 2 higher High Green Stars, so all we need is the that higher high Green Star above 13c then... I don't know it means, maybe bob's your uncle?!
