Have you ever been to a restaurant/shop, didn't like what was supplied, left without complaining.

Most people do.

Years ago went to restaurant with three friends.

The food was terrible. As we walked past reception I stopped and told them the food was terrible.

She said no ones has complained before.

I said, "I just did and those three people walking out the door now are my friends who think the same,but did not complain.
Do what you like, my friends and I are not coming back."


Who has been in that situation.
