    CNQ/EQR has never made a cent for shareholders. The management team, on the other hand, have enriched themselves handsomely for many years now, continuing to draw salaries, bonuses, and options.

    The evangelists that always appear in HC posts tout the huge future that awaits, but the share price says it all.

    Back in the 70s the mine made money, for the last 15 years it loses money.
