This was discussed at the AGM, will probably find someone posted notes about the questions that were raised back in Nov 2023. If I am reading my scribble correctly the question about Zurich came up and the response was if KCN receive cash from the TAFTA settlement then Zurich will put their hand out. I also noted that KCN are not in any rush to finalise the TAFTA ruling. That seems to align with what Oldfolk posted.
