Withstanding an injection of funds AND the companies stated objectives (trials, mainly), they are going to need cash. Pretty soon after starting to do something.
Right now they are doing nothing and paying wages (to do nothing).
It boils my blood that they present with pride their skill in cutting costs, as if we should somehow be awed by their accomplishments.
