They are now complaining the economy is too strong under Labor...i.e. interest rates may rise...
And you correctly point that mining (mostly IO and Coal) are what is overheating the economy. The miming tax is a perfect way to releive this pressure off the right targeted sector. It seems the Libs would rather us all pay high interest rates tho...
