And the Word Man (existing Luke) became > FLESH!
"Luke portrays Jesus in the gospel" = as the word of Yehowah becoming flesh.
You know the Angle that passed on Yehowah's words to Mary and hey presto, a son came along.
Words that came forth from God, just how Jesus explains how he came forth, out of God and then sent into the world, after his Baptism.
Isa 55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
A bit like, let there be light,.......let the be a Jesus, and there was and he grew in favor with God, to the extent that God was well pleased with him LOL.
--------------
but the story past tense is not going to go forward and then leap backwards,
"It's explaining different aspects of the Word become flesh.
There are the Word aspects and flesh aspects.
Divine and human"
There is ONE clear flow in the first 18 verses, like water off a ducks back, for THOSE of God.
Jesus does Not literally enter the scene before 1:14, in anyway shape or form, other than a plan in the mind of God.
2nd Adam = Man and a 2nd Adam is exactly that, he was just made differently.
