While I sympathize with you, it's preferable for the AFP to investigate since they can swiftly demand evidence that is off-limits, slow or very lawyer inten$ive with civil cases. Remember, once evidence is presented in a criminal case, it can also be utilized in a civil case. Personally, I look forward to the unveiling of the real story.
