    Yes not good sign for AVZ.....imo
    Deal now is a good move by AVZ, with the DRC and the Chinese,make everything go away...imo

    Normal court case methods all withdraw applications and do a DEAL...!...what.png
    I say maybe pay costs for Northern END to AVZ.
    We keep the Southern end and all move on...!...rolleyes.png
