    Both CNRE & Shenghe went limit up 10% yesterday, then again today.

    Very early call on H1 quotas at 135kt which would suggest a modest increase on last years 255kt.

    Would that be sufficient to push investment mkts effectively 20% off their lows?

    Have to wait a week or so to see the reaction on oxides but meantime Lynas appears to have caught some luv.
