    Agreed. Critical minarals come under national interest.Lithium is one of them. I am shocked the federal govt hasn’t come to the rescue these companies either funding directly or indirectly or banning shorting . Banning shorting for some period would instantly will reflect the true values of these companies. Debt covenants depends on prevailing share price too. Due to shorting, many companies have to struggle to raise funds . So many anomalies. Why doesn’t the govt act to protect national Interests. During GFC time govt intervened to protect banks. Same criteria should be exercised immediately to protect critical minerals developers and producers.
