Suspect it's an arbitrager punting on an increased cash offer from PRU. 35 million shares in ORR have traded on market since Jan 22 above the PRU offer price......many as you note by someone placing large stand in the market orders. That's already 7.5% of the register, yet no Substantial Shareholder Notice has been lodged.....not to say it isn't impossible for a 3rd interested party but considering the holding of both Silvercorp and PRU it would make their task well, almost impossible.
