The maths doesn't add up if it genuinely charges at 1 km of range every second:
60 seconds per minute = 60 km of charge per minute.
60 km of charge per minute x 8 minutes (as quoted above) = 480 km of charge total.
So how did they get a full charge for a 600km range battery in 8 minutes, when that charging rate would only achieve 480km in that timeframe, and that's before you take into account that charging from 80-100% takes just as long as charging from 5-80%?
Note they also used the term "theoretically". We know what that means....
