They're obviously bound by commercial in confidence and NDAs etc.and the closest you're going to get to a timeline is page 22 of the AGM Presentation.
Shell is not going to drop millions and millions of dollars on something without an extremely thorough process/due diligence. Something like this takes years. You should expect it to take years.
