Directors would be very conscious of their fiduciary liability and not trade when technically insolvent. Do you think they could try for a CR at very low prices, maybe even as low as 2 c ? Only for the big guys of course. Not enough time for a placement to existing retail shareholders. Re LG's lies, I think he's got away with it, ASX never does anything about the likes of him & dozens of others.
