Definitely cannot stop the drilling.
The PKIT is a conundrum for the legislation. Gas tanker arrives, pipeline hooks up from tanker to terminal, what's the difference? And the legislation is all encompassing, ie in NSW waters or "elsewhere", that Twiggy gas has to come from "elsewhere". Unintended consequences? Exception granted? What else will they exempt? The legislation is ill conceived on so many levels. Naturally Advent would have the right to challenge if necessary.
