She hit 19.90% of LTR on 11 October 2023. Then diluted by CR, but she participated the raise, so her LTR holding fetched 19.90% again on 25 October 2023, I believe.
She would be able to start buying additional shares after April 25, 2024.
If she were waiting to utilise the Creeping takeover rule, she would be at risk of taking over at a higher price as lithium price is very likely to recover just like iron ore and crude oil.
