I think Claydon mentioned it here too.
It's interesting that they disapprove of PEP-11 but support wind turbines due to how it can support NSW's energy security (even portraying the size of the wind turbines to be 'small' - without comparing it to a single exploration well). I guess that's why we have to rely on MK to make the decision, without bias.
