An apologist for sloppy follow up?

Hardly - i think you may be baiting me there, so i won't rebuke it.
I have simply stated what i see and i clearly called it an interpretations - my perception in fact.
I gave you my thought out mentality and not a reflex one, which is what an apology for sloppy follow up would be.

Now, back to the main point again:
I don't mind if you hang on to some aspect of a brr interview and allow it to frustrate you, i have merely offered you an alternate understanding and i haven't spoken for anyone apart from myself as to why the money isn;t really a matter for me.

In summary, I hope you can appreciate that the $1.5 mill is

A) A separate issue to getting the production plant moving

B) Separately it is a sum that is related to the Marketing Rights for Coldry and not for the plant building or any other material aspect in itself, despite if you feel it is holding us up from moving forward
and

C) That it isn't viewed by the company as a mechanism that will shore up Tincom's commitment - as per Ridgewood's cut and pasted email post.


Perhaps the importance some individuals attach to the $1.5 is indeed affecting some investors psychologically, but it it certainly isn't going to add any business relationship commitments nor will it have much material effect on anything beyond our bank balance or steps towards building a plant etc - it will merely complete a transaction that has no deadline in any case. As far as i see it, our share isn't diluted, Tincom don't have the shares yet and we therefore are not technically entitled to the $1.5 mill yet, until Tincom do get the shares.

I just think an irrelevant level of importance is being placed on 'the money'.
And having said that, i too would like to know (passively) where it is and when it may come.
If Tincom are here in Melbourne as we speak, perhaps you will get your wish, but i wonder how it might effect your views from then forward, due to it not having much bearing on anything other than marketing rights.

I;m not sure how your frustration can be satisfied, other than if something occurs, beyond the cash being received.
