I wonder if the reference to the Blackstone/Blackrock or whatever the name of that PE company was carries more signficance than we realise.
One 'play' that has not been mentioned much here but could be an option if PE were involved and makes sense if Jeffries are also involved.
What if Neuren partnered with a PE firm and bought a small pharma with much more established global reach than ours but did not cost a fortune and then used their reach, infrastructure and expertise in developing drugs and bringing them to market, not just in the US, to develop the 2591 pipeline themselves?
Its entirely possible....
It does not align with Jon's statement and associated sentiment about dividend companies being boring but its possible I guess.
