wise words l suspect!
l like bonds, superfunds will love them. I am sure it was corporate bonds that did plunge during the flash crash. (l am a little suspicious of them ever since).
have a look at UMAX (l have for many years and generally was on average l reckon 50% tax deferred?
PCI looks ok for regular monthly income high fees seem offset by high return for interest type product?
each to his own - the 6.6% (pedestrian) yield probably compares ok to direct commercial investment. it's an average sector no drama. l don't mind and know the yield is average.
- certainly not advice just tossing up ideas.
