Sure, but better than that he is showing extreme confidence in the memory chip and doing his utmost to communicate this confidence to shareholders ! He is clearly sending a signal that he will be able to achieve the scaling successfully !
If he had any doubts whatsoever he would be cautious with his $292k that could evaporate entirely if the product fails further own the track. Keep in mind he had the option to play safe and hold off converting for up to 7 years without risking his own money until the cat was out of the bag !
