I keep asking myself the same question after recently suggesting I would take the punt.

On reflection, it would seem they cannot relist unless they can demonstrate shareholder interest/cash via a CR. Otherwise, why make the offer?

So if the relisting fails - you do your loot?

Or do they then do a placement - pump/dump?

I have believed them all the way and got shafted at every corner. I respect the Auscann Poster on HC but.......who is this individual....another opportunist looking to make a quick buck. I don't know.

Is this new business model just like the rest over the last decades for this ASX listing?

Will brokers come into the scene and rape and pillage the listing once again?

I would like to see an open webinar for existing investors where I can see who I am dealing with and have questions answered from existing investors.
