Hmm interesting stuff, I don't know how market values this so much lower than CHN, if you are just looking at 3E PGM numbers, POD is higher grade.

POD's resource currently sits at 143Mt containing,
-0.64 Pt -0.52Pd -0.07Au for 1.23g/t 3E

(note it's 6 Moz for 5E, but when just looking at 3E take away 5.34% (taking away the 0.07g for the Ir and Rh) and it's just under 5.7Moz)

CHN's Gonneville
-0.15 Pt -0.7 Pd - 0.03Au for 0.88g/t 3E for 16Moz

Rough calculations for cost per Moz

POD @ 13m MC (Roughly 2.3m per Moz for 3E PGMs)
- 9m EV (Roughly 1.6m per Moz)
CHN @ 392m MC (Roughly 24.5m per Moz for 3E PGMs)
- 281m EV (Roughly 17.6m per Moz)

Of course CHN has location advantage being near Perth, but don't think it justifies such a higher market Cap.
