My guess would be 17.5 cents based realised price of $221/per tonne. (ie if they payout based on first half realised price) Thats also assuming Acland sells 0.5mil tonnes for the half. also on a 50% payout of NPAT
If they look at second half and say hmm we should pay out less because we know we will get less for the second half. then it could be smaller I guess? (not sure how they work it normally)
