LT just wanted this deal over the line and he didn't give two hoots about securing the best deal for SLR shareholders. Everyone knows that he has been wanting to expand and looking for every opportunity to do so, and I think it is clear for all to see that desperation, and his desire to run a new larger concern, took precedence over securing value. SHAFTED is the most appropriate word that I can come up with.
