And that is..a creation of a selling impulsive sentiment...shares in TLS are being dumped only because everyone else is dumping while waiting for the decision making process to be completed and known. When it eventually happens, the same people will be in the process of creating a buying impulsive sentiment, during which those that were methodically patient and disciplined will scoop up.

Let's think about for a second!

Remember 12.15.10pm yesterday?

5mill. shares dumped in one go! Right?

This seller could not have bought TLS cheaper than $2.70-71 because at that moment it was an all time low. They sold - and MADE LOSS! They obviously did it because they wanted to shift the cash elsewhere and perhaps re-enter at some lower point. Fine!

While on the other side of the cue there was a buyer (me) and many others who are cashed up and have been buying into TLS at historic lows.

But what if it keeps on falling?

Sure!

What do we have now? We have those that are impulsively selling and selling getting their hands on cash. And we have others like me who are cashed up and gradually and systematically buying smaller lots while having enough cash to play the game.

Eventually the selling pressure will stop and when it does we will have;

1] cashed up sellers turning into impulsive buyers (do not want to miss out on a potential spike up)
2] again, the guys who have been gradually buying

Fast forward..1 month or 1 year or a day...

TLS is on the move up.

My plan - allocate funds for 200k units to play in TLS

- 20K at 2.77
- 20K at 2.70
- 20K at 2.60
- 20K at 2.50
- 120K at 2.30

As it is moving up cash in every 10-20 cents (20K units), or wait till it hits $3.00 and sell the lot.

Now that's a dilemma I go to bed every night! :)
