“Has anyone considered what kind of dividend IMU would be able to generate IF they go it alone and achieve their cure to production?”

This is a potential cure for cancer we are talking about. Even if it ends up being only a cure for *some* types of cancer, that is still game changing.

The current global annual market for cancer therapy is about US$400 billion per year.

If Imugene captures just 10% of this, that’s $40 billion in revenue. Assume sharing with a manufacturing partner and various other costs. Assume Imugene ends up with 50% of this.

Thats a massive US$20 billion per year going to the bottom line. Take some company taxes and other admin costs out and the company could end up with A$20 billion.

Now assume they distribute 50% to shareholders. That’s $10 billion. If the shareholder register has ballooned out to 20 billion shares by then, that’s a cool $0.50 per share. In fully franked dividends. Per year.

Yes, I know. Lots of assumptions. Assumptions on assumptions. May or may not come true.

But I can dream. Thinking out loud is free.

    Good luck to all shareholders.
