Poor upbringing with low I.Q. is red flag for trouble. Grew up on the mean streets of Melbourne, many, many kids had shit upbringings resulting in emotional problems and poor impulse control. The kids with a brain were smart enough to not take things too far and knew their actions had consequences . The kids without an ounce of intelligence carried on until they got themselves in serious trouble. Having a knife pulled on you is not much fun, kids should be locked away for carrying a weapon, let alone using one.
