I very much doubt that Alcoa would just turn around and shaft MHM. The deal is already a win-win for both.
Plus, they are an international, and have their reputation to think of.
What happens with other companies is open to speculation, and still a risk factor, but a good working relationship with Alcoa will be the company maker.
