    watso correctly called this ages ago .. this was always going to be thrown out by scotus...

    simple common sense said this matter would fail when it got to scotus

    remember that it was a split 4 to 3 decision at the state level .. so it could have gone either way ..

    and how about all the so called legal experts that some posters liked to refer to ..

    mmm and what about that justice matters clown .. (ie glen kirshner) what was his call on the matter
