The best conditions for acid leaching varies on the element being leached. The table shows the best exraction percentage for NdPr is 87.1% at 90c for 120mins. You're out, okay then! Divergent argument from the type of acid used to your problem being the temp, wild swings indeed! Can't even interpert the chart, certainly can't interpet the larger picture!
