Yeah I kind of like the idea of Criminal Defendant Trump being on the ballot so he can get beaten at the election, mind you his worshippers will not accept the loss again.
But it's a bit of an odd ruling given SCOTUS ruling on abortion that it's up to the states, elections are run by the states but scotus is over ruling them
