....forget the interview .....one has kept his troops at home avoiding wars ......the other has significant numbers in Syria and has invaded Ukraine but only managed to add 10% in 2 years , lost markets , reinvigorated NATO and added countries to NATO while exhausting most of his military reserves such that he needed resupply from North Korea of all places .

the "mentally sharp " one IMO is the one showing better judgement !
