I won't try to condone what Israel is doing to Palestinian civilians but its a bit hard to avoid major collateral damage when they are jammed in like sardines with Hamas. Certainly telling all civilians to head south then later on following them down knowing they had nowhere to go was very nasty. After Hamas had been flushed out of the north they should have let carefully vetted civilians back before the offence moved south.

As for even suggesting that Poo-tin is being careful not to target civilians you must be living under a very big dark rock. Russian missiles and drones have been deliberately targeting Ukrainian hospitals, schools, kindergartens, railway stations, shopping centres and apartment blocks ever since this war started. Some were saying that it was just inaccurate guidance but in most cases the hits were so far away from any military areas it had to be deliberate especially since the timing of the attacks just happened to be when the targets were crowded.

If it wasn't for the excellent work by the Ukrainian defences most of the populated areas in the eastern half of the country would have been blown apart by now with the only possible reason being to terrify and kill civilians to break their sprit. Well it didn't work for Hitler when he targeted English cities in WW2 and it isn't working for Poo-tin now either.
