yes I agree. One of the reasons I have referred in most of my posts to the Palestinian and Arab state complicity in the situation is because they have never accepted the UN resolution and the establishment of the state of Israel and have exercised violence right from the beginning.
Israel too initially funded Hamas because they thought Hamas was an antidote and less threatening than the PLO.
Both sides indulge in propaganda and both sides a prepared to let their people suffer in the interests of pursuing power and “their way”.
I now think that even if Hamas or any of the opposition to Israel ceased its unlikely to end and I also think the reverse is true - and sadly the idea of destroying Israel is even more justified in the heads of the Palestinians and their supporters then ever before.
wouldn’t it have been nice if people had though about this before they established the state of Israel.
I suspect that if Jewish scholars did their homework they would find clear indications of how this will turn out - and it will not be good - maybe they have missed the biblical references that suggest you can win land through spilling blood and keep it
