I'd rather they held a bonfire with the cash than paid a cent more of it to Mali tbh. At least then we could gather round and get some warmth from it. Maybe put a bit of it toward a party on the night. Malians already have their fish farms, vegetable gardens, school funding, 2 years of jobs for the hundreds of mining staff and contactors - when the mine shouldn't have been re-opened at all . (Or it it should have been opened, then the crooks who skimmed the money are probably in Mali too). Don't give them another fecking penny.
