I had a quick scan of the takeovers chapter headings, which is all I could bear, seems like a lot of various disclosures are required about ownership, related parties, independent expert opinions are required etc etc etc.
In other words, this entity wanting to put a proposal to the "mums and dads" wants to issue a prospectus significantly thinner than the one put to shareholders for the demerger vote?
