There is always risk no matter what the business.
I think if the share price was already $2, then we could have a meaningful conversation about risks.
But with the share price at 40c, the downside is very limited. The current plant alone before upgrade almost justifies the current share price. Add in the Silica and metals, and 40c looks cheap with no plant upgrade or overseas opportunities.
As we move forward, the risk currently factored into the share price will be reduced, and the share price will move higher.
A great example of this was the last announcement. With the Alcoa reps coming, suddenly the risks look smaller. Mind you, I feel that there are more perceived risks than real risks, but that is how the market works.
