Their is no excuse for announcing a capital raising at this point,none at all.If we have oil wait for the sp to rise.
If the well does flow it had better be 2000bpd or better otherwise the sp will be down big time.
I reckon they should study the sharemarket so they understand that this is a bad time,pump up the sp with some good news and raise the money with less dilution after all aren't they shareholders as well.
