Thank you for letting us know about this last Friday. I note you were "spewing", especially about the fact it was at a discount, which suggests you know something of the terms of the raising.
In favour of telling us what you know of those terms is that it will save days of speculation and fretting. Given we are now in a trading halt, is there any point in you NOT telling us?
