If SPX required Capricorn to help steer the ship, I'd suggest that shows there are quite a number of internal issues.
Capricorn are not in the business of losing money and can exit there position at any time.
They are also not in the business in saving a company that provides a software srvice for them, Many other companies can jump in and fill the void.
