Enter at levels lower than prior to the DoD contract, prior to the product(s) launch, prior to first and second orders received, prior to the Fremont fab purchase, prior to the vertical integration completion, AND they throw in free 4.6calls and 6c calls. Absolute no brainer to new sophisticated investors and anyone who takes up the $100k SPP. BUT..... a massive slap in the face to the top20-40 or anyone with more than 2.7m shares.
