the point he's making is that there is a shark offscreen lobbing grenades to scare shakey holders. It's not outside the realm of possibility they lob another 500K shares at it to completely buckle faith...... but they switch to soaking mode pretty quickly to snap up the scaredy pants.... this aggressive knee-breaking will get worse as we approach the finish line... they will attempt to smash it as hard as they can while there is no upward pressure.
this of course assumes an "insider" of sorts and not some sparta bot deployed to keep the volumes high enough to stay on the MSCI ETF..... as this provides them liquidity when/if the pump comes.
