Shorters might be ahead of the game sometimes, but only because of the ‘behind the scenes’ info, and ‘contacts’ that you mention longs don’t have access to, and not because of anything to do with their supreme intelligence. I was not aware there was an IQ test before you become a shorter. What a twit.

Many of us knew that if ALB pulled their offer the SP would drop. That did not take intelligence, just a reasonable assumption based on the fact that the SP had not yet hit the $2 mark prior to the offer. It would have made its own way there regardless of the offer, just a bit later down the track. Like any other stock listed for a great company. That is why many sold at that point after Gina stepped in. They knew the fun and games would cause issues. There was still also a chance though of another player possibly coming in to join in the fray. That did not eventuate so it dropped. Yet, it was on the minds of many, probably even a few shorters too, unless of course you suggest there was inside trading and collusion going on, and someone within the company was giving info willingly about what they knew? Meaning, all shorters already knew there were no other companies, along with any other inside info. Big accusation that would be. I doubt it, and certainly nobody on LTR’s board would think about stooping that low, no way.

I have not been in this stock for anywhere near as long as others, but I have listened and read about posters selling their LTR shares well before the big rise and then bagging it out because they felt jilted. Nothing worse than an inept investor turned sour because they fell victim to ‘premature capitulation’.

Sheesh, if I had sold all my stock, hundreds of thousands, even worse millions, at say 20cents, when I could have had the cojones to hold on to my load and made some real profit, I guess I would feel a bit inadequate and bitter too! I just wouldn’t say anything about it though. Too much pride and all.

Anyway you have to go back onto ignore. You did get some stuff right @Bunn-Wackett, for sure, I’ll give you that, but you shouldn’t be making personal attacks on investors like you do. It’s not right. We only become defensive because of the sort of crap posted like yours.
