I doubt very much that a VWAP would be in place for capital raising.I would imagine CQT would be seeking cheap funds from China.Looking at the trading pattern over the last week it seems the share price is being capped,wether its for arbitage or some other agenda ,I think every one cant wait until this deal is done ,thankfully not long to go .
