If he had to wouldnt he wait until the share price was much higher ie less dilution for more cash.Once this deal is done with some good drill results around area 39 and ex Goldfields area(and they have been along time coming) and some road shows,annual reports and so on , the share price must move forward rapidly .Perhaps then if CQT needed the money Klien would do a raising Why raise at 50cents when you can do it at $1
