If you read my last few posts, $10mill isnt going to be enough. With HSK, NQM, the $7Mill mill and the $10mill placement, we are going to be short $8Mill. This doesnt take into account the cash that NQM is holding of which some is going to be paid out as dividends. With this in mind we still fall short of the required funds. Therefore we need to do a capital raising in the very near future to pay for HSK and NQM if shareholders approve. I think share holders should only approve the TO if any additional funds are raised by them. Only seems fair. JMHO.
